This plugin allows merchants to create a coffee brand. Upload your logo to all products at once. All orders shipped via dropshipping direct to consumer.

The easiest way to get started in the coffee business or expand an existing business. All product listings created for you with a few button clicks.

Features of this plugin include:

  • Your customers place orders on YOUR store, not ours. You collect payment at your retail price.
  • Our service is to ship your brand to your customer with the products ordered (your fulfillment center).
  • Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to USA destinations including APO/FPO.
  • Package tracking on all of your customer orders includes package insurance.

When you send us your logo using this plugin we create a dropshipping account for you.
After account creation you receive an email with ordering instructions and the link to dropshipping.
You can to opt-in to receiving communications about your orders and your logo (in the plugin).
You will also receive details for the add-on automated orders plugin that works with this plugin.
When orders are automated it is not necessary to use the link to dropshippoing except to view order history.

Instalacija

Minimum Requirements

  • WordPress 6.7 or greater
  • WooCommerce 7.9 or greater
  • PHP version 8.0 or greater
  1. Upload the plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
  2. Go to the Plugins page and activate the plugin.
  3. Look for Brand-A-Bean in your WP menu, just below Products.

How do you get my logo on the actual products shipped?

In the plugin visit the Send Us Your Logo page and send your logo for a quick trademark check. (does not guarantee legal compliance)
We check to ensure your new coffee brand is not a Federal trademark owned by someone else.
We send you an email to let you know we can ship your new brand, or that a new name should be chosen if trademarks are found.
To send us your logo and receive tracking numbers, as mentioned previously, you can opt-in to share your store’s email and receive communication from us.

How do I use this plugin once you tell me my brand name is acceptable by you?

Upload your brand logo for auto application to all products.
Next, visit the Manage Products section to submit all (or some) products to your store.
Once you submit products to your WooCommerce store, share products on your social media accounts, talk about your new brand, bring attention to it!

How do I place orders when I receive an order?

When your logo is sent to us, we also create your dropshipping account (you will get an email with this info, opt-in to emails in the plugin).
Optionally install our paid automated orders plugin to avoid having to enter each order manually.
If you decide to go the manual route keep in mind this means add items to cart, begin checkout, enter your customers shipping address, enter payment info, complete checkout (for every single order). That’s why we made the automated orders plugin. It does this for you instantly, except payment. You get a one click payment request for each order and if paid it ships.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Nothing if your customer’s shipping address is in the USA. If outside the USA we use USPS calculated shipping. A separate invoice is emailed for actual shipping cost.
If shipping to Europe you need a VAT number which we will enter on customs forms (required for this country).

How long until my customer gets their order?

Most orders are ready to ship either the same business day or the next business day as long as the order is in paid status. Friday orders ship Friday or Monday in most cases.

How do I cancel an order?

If using the automated plugin we offer, just don’t pay the payment request. It auto cancels after 14 days so go ahead and cancel the order in your WooCommerce for your customer.
If manually placed, you already paid. Login to the dropship site and visit the Contact Us page to request cancellation or email us. If already shipped, we can’t cancel.

If my order is paid in full and canceled or not deliverable how do I get my money refunded?

Non-deliverable returns or canceled orders are refunded less the actual merchant processing fee, and shipping if applicable. Example: Order total 20.00 with processing fee of 40 cents would make the refund 19.60 total.
If the order was returned to us because your customer refused, or the address was invalid, the actual shipping cost is also deducted from the refund.

How to uninstall the plugin?

Simply deactivate the plugin on the Plugins page. Once deactivated select delete to remove.
If some or all products are no longer wanted you can delete the products the normal WordPress way, in the Products menu (Send to trash).
