The easy way to hide wp-login.php file.
It doesn’t literally rename wp-login.php or change files in core
You can not access wp-login.php file without slug in url tag.
You can easily redirect url with slug url .
Demo : http://example.com?slug_text
Go to Settings > Easy Hide Login .

This plugin did not inform me there must be a slash added to the secret login. I whole evening was wasted trying to figure out what was going on and now I'm worried this plugin will lock me out of my site. Awful.

Works as described but uses a "?" instead of a conventional "/" so takes some getting used to. Still not used to this unusual convention, so getting a lot of 404's not found when I use / instead of ?

I loved this plugin. Unfortunately I had to disable it temporarily because it conflicted with the private pages of the website.
When I password protected a page, this plugin sent users to Error 404.
When this conflict is resolved, I will re-enable it!
