Excitel offers voice communication, which will help you to answer user’s questions in time. As a result, this will increase sales and customer loyalty.

Sa vaše WordPress nadzorne ploče

  1. Visit Plugins > Add New
  2. Search for Excitel - Click to call
  3. Activate Excitel - Click to call from your Plugins page. (You will be greeted with a Welcome page.)
  4. Specify your Excitel email/password or create new Excitel account on a Welcome page.
  5. In Site section you can see the list of buttons, that you can add to your site. Just click on Add button and you’ll add this button on your site.
  6. Open your site and check the result.

It is a good free service/plugin, but you can only use in English or Russian. It would be great if you could add your own Voice Mail message and personalize the window for the final user in your own language. There are also things in the user panel only available in Russian. I don't know how to put a form before the call.

It is convenient to receive calls with the help of this plugin. If operator is offline and answering machine is activated you may listen to voice mails. You may review calls stats. It is the best choose for online store.

Good plugin. I changed text on the button, chose button design appropriate to the website design, activated answering machine in settings and receive voice mails when operator is offline. I like that. Thanks!

It is very convenient plugin to use. You may change color, shape and position of the button and also edit text on the button. There is an opportunity to add welcome message in working hours, to activate answering machine and to receive voice mails in off hours. I like it!
