## Opis

GlobalChatbot adds an AI agent to your WordPress site in two minutes. It learns 
from your own pages and documents, answers visitors in their language, collects 
leads and can hand the conversation to a person on your team.

 * Answers in 45+ languages, detected automatically
 * The chat window itself (greeting, buttons, hints) switches to the language of
   your page, 22 languages out of the box
 * Trained on your site content and your documents
 * Lead capture with email alerts and CSV export
 * Pick the chat color right from WordPress
 * Appointment booking and human handoff
 * Data stored in the EU

This plugin is the connector: it adds the GlobalChatbot widget to every page of 
your site. The AI agent itself runs on GlobalChatbot, so you need a GlobalChatbot
account.

### External services

This plugin loads the GlobalChatbot chat widget from https://globalchatbot.ai/widget.
js on the front end of your site, after you enter a Widget ID in Settings  GlobalChatbot.
Without a Widget ID nothing is loaded.

When a visitor opens the chat and sends a message, the message, the page address
and a random session identifier are sent to GlobalChatbot so the AI agent can answer.
If the visitor types contact details (for example an email address), they are stored
as a lead for the site owner.

## Instalacija

 1. Install the plugin from Plugins  Add New and activate it.
 2. Create a GlobalChatbot account at https://globalchatbot.ai/ and open Install in
    your dashboard.
 3. Copy the value of data-id from the snippet.
 4. Go to Settings  GlobalChatbot, paste it as Widget ID and save.

## Pitanja i odgovori

### Do I need a GlobalChatbot account?

Yes. The plugin only places the widget on your site; the AI agent runs on GlobalChatbot.

### Does the plugin slow down my site?

The widget script is loaded with defer in the footer, after your page content.

### Can I hide the chat while I edit my site?

Yes, tick “Hide the chat while I am logged in as administrator”.
