Edit 2026 : Plugin breaks the Stripe field in Contact Form 7. Lately, other bugs occurred. I posted a detailed message on the support, two weeks after support still don’t bother to answer. I’ll go with another plugin, this one is dead for me. Original review (5 stars)Works perfectly with contact form 7 (v4.7 – latest by now). The plugin is quite simple to configure. The pdf layout is not so complicated to implement, but it requires to know HTML/CSS language. The plugin use the mPDF library. Dive into the mPDF documentation to make advanced custom layout 🙂 I had a small bug on my install (v.0.5.8), the support resolved it in a couple of days (v.0.5.9). The support is excellent and in english as in french.

I’ve been using this plugin for years, hoping it would improve over time, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The functionality is often buggy, with frequent issues that disrupt my workflow. It’s not reliable, and I’ve encountered multiple instances where features either don’t work as advertised or break unexpectedly after updates. On top of that the support responses (if any) are slow and often fail to address the core issues. While it has potential and a few features that are decent, the lack of polish and dependable assistance makes it hard to recommend. I’m actively looking for alternatives.

Plugin works great EXCEPT at the moment it does not seem to display HEIC the new image file format. This is becoming the new default image on mobile devices. Contact Form 7 accepts the heic images fine. Its just not being embedded in the pdf form generator.
