Use this plugin to create simple tournament brackets. It supports single elimination head-to-head tournaments in sizes of 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, or 256 competitors. You can manually set the seeding when the tournament is started. Bracket colors can be modified in the WordPress backend -> Settings -> Tournaments page.
You can display the brackets on any page using the [simple-tournament-brackets tournament_id="$id"] shortcode where $id corresponds to the post_id of the created tournament. The shortcode to use is also displayed for each tournament on the WordPress backend All Tournaments page.
Nothing else is available that provides the functionality provided by Simple Tournament Brackets. Additionally, when I hit a problem with tournaments not loading the response to the support ticket was quick and after some info back and forth they quickly identified that it was restrictions applied by Solid Security Basic that were causing the problem. Restrictions were removed and back in business quickly. I've found larger competitions are a bit slow to load on a page but hopefully that can be improved. I look forward to seeing how this plugin develops. Five stars for support four for plugin performance.
I tried several test tournaments (on pages and pots) and posted one, and it doesn't advance when I select a winner.
