Instalacija

  1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory or install directly via WordPress Plugins screen
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen
  3. Go to WooCommerce > WiserReview Settings
  4. Connect your WiserReview account
  5. Choose your default form and where you’d like it to appear (product page, thank you page, etc.)
  6. Save and publish!

Use [wiserreview_form id="FORM_ID"] shortcode to place forms anywhere.

We had to find an alternative to Judgeme. After trying out Klaviyo Reviews and Reviews.io, we decided to give Wiser a shot. Great price and just the right amount of features (Klaviyo seemed unfinished, Reviewsio was overkill, both in price and features). So far Wiser was the perfect choice! Does everything Judgeme did, has more widgets and stuff, and multiple accounts are easier to manage (all in the same dashboard). Krunal has been great with support and it seems the team is adding new features almost every day. We’ve been using it for 2 weeks now, so it’s a bit early, but so far it’s going great.

Excellent reviews plugin, setting up review request email templates was straight forward, and can be edited to match your website brand. Importing reviews from judge me was a quick process. Any problems that may arise are handled effectively via support. There are a selection of integrations available. I highly recommend WiserReview to anyone considering making a switch from another review plugin.
