This lightweight plugin lets ham radio operators calculate their APRS-IS passcode from a callsign. It uses a simple algorithm to compute the passcode locally in the browser using JavaScript, so no data is sent externally.

Instalacija

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/aprs-passcode directory, or install the plugin via the WordPress plugin screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
Use the shortcode [aprs_passcode] in any post or page to display the generator.

Is this plugin secure?: Yes. The callsign never leaves the browser. The passcode is calculated locally using JavaScript.
Can this be used to log into APRS-IS servers?: Yes, this plugin generates the same passcode used by most APRS software clients. However, you still need valid credentials and must follow APRS-IS network rules.
