How payments work
- The customer chooses IRIS at checkout.
- WooCommerce places the order and shows your business QR code.
- The customer scans the QR, enters the order total and completes the transfer in their banking app.
- You confirm the payment in your bank account and continue processing the order.
Everything is shown automatically
- Give customers a clear Pay with IRIS option at checkout.
- Show the QR code and order reference on the thank-you page.
- Repeat the payment instructions in customer emails and My Account.
- Work with both Classic Checkout and WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks.
- Choose whether new IRIS orders are placed on hold or marked pending payment.
- Temporarily pause IRIS while keeping the option visible with a helpful message.
Simple by design
Customers pay inside their banking app. You confirm the payment in your bank account and process the order as usual.
Octobyte IRIS Payments does not require bank API credentials and does not process or receive customer funds.

Instalacija
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
- Open IRIS Payments and upload your business IRIS QR code.
- Enable Pay with IRIS and save.
Customers can now choose Pay with IRIS at checkout. New IRIS orders stay on hold until you confirm the payment.

Does the customer make a real IRIS payment?

Yes. The customer scans your business QR code and completes the transfer inside their own banking app.

Is the order total entered automatically?

That depends on the QR supplied by your bank. With a static business QR, the customer normally enters the amount manually. Your instructions should tell them to enter the WooCommerce order total.

Does the plugin automatically confirm the payment?

No. Check your bank account to confirm that the transfer arrived, then continue processing the WooCommerce order. No bank API credentials are required by the plugin.

Where does the QR code appear?

It can appear on the thank-you page, in supported customer emails and in the customer’s My Account order view while the order is unpaid.

Does it work with the WooCommerce Checkout Block?

Yes. The plugin supports both block-based and classic WooCommerce checkout experiences.

Can I temporarily pause IRIS payments?

Yes. The unavailable state keeps the method visible but prevents selection. You can show a custom message so customers know why it is temporarily unavailable.

Yes. It was created to give Greek WooCommerce stores a simple way to offer IRIS as businesses adapt to the requirement to accept account-to-account instant payments for B2C transactions.
The plugin provides a manual QR payment workflow. It does not connect to IRIS, DIAS, a bank, a payment provider or a tax system, and does not by itself certify regulatory or technical compliance. Confirm the appropriate setup for your business with your bank and professional advisers.
