Smitacs POS Invoice is a comprehensive WordPress plugin that provides POS (Point of Sale) / retail cashier, invoicing, financial reporting, and PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank) features within a single plugin.

It helps small businesses, retail stores, and service providers manage daily sales transactions, generate professional invoices, and monitor financial performance efficiently from the WordPress dashboard. Designed as a standalone solution, this plugin does not depend on WooCommerce and can be used independently.

To activate and use the plugin, you need to configure API credentials from Simolawp.com in the settings menu.

PPOB is an additional feature available within the plugin that supports various digital services such as bill payments (PDAM, electricity/PLN, property tax/PBB, and other utility bills), as well as digital product purchases including mobile credit (pulsa), data packages, e-money, and airline ticket bookings. PPOB transactions require sufficient balance and are only available in Indonesia.

The plugin connects securely with external APIs to support transactions such as customer inquiries, payments, balance checks, and product listings, while maintaining a structured system supported by Simolawp.

Configuration

Before activating the plugin, you are required to have an API account from Simolawp. You can request the API through the Settings menu (at the bottom section). No license payment is required to obtain a 6-month free trial.

Required Configuration:
*Enter the API Base URL: https://api.simolawp.com/api
*Enter the API Key (obtained from the API request form)
*Enter the Secret Key (obtained from the API request form)
*Then save the settings, and the system will be ready to use

If you want to use the PPOB feature for transactions, you must first top up your balance.

This plugin connects to an external PPOB API service operated by simolawp (smitacs digital).

– Contact (WhatsApp)
– Bank information (rekening owner simolawp)
– Domain

This is used for account registration and API activation.
Data is transmitted securely over HTTPS.
No personal data is transmitted without user-initiated actions.

Shortcodes

This plugin provides several shortcodes to display invoice features on any WordPress page or post.

[smitacs_pos_invoice_form]
Display the invoice creation form. Logged-in users can create invoices with product items and totals.

[smitacs_pos_invoice_list]
Display a list of invoices. Users will only see their own invoices, while administrators can see all invoices.

Usage:
1. Create a new Page in WordPress.
2. Add one of the shortcodes above into the page content.
3. Publish the page.

Yes. The API is free for the first 6 months. After the trial period ends, you can continue using the service by paying a one-time lifetime fee of IDR 199,000 (during the promo period). There are no recurring monthly charges.

Does this plugin support WooCommerce?

No. This plugin works as a standalone system and is not integrated with WooCommerce.

Can I use this plugin outside Indonesia?

Yes. Core features such as POS, invoice, and financial reporting can be used globally. PPOB services are only available in Indonesia.

Do I need an API key?

Yes. API credentials are required to activate the plugin. PPOB features are optional and do not need to be used after activation.
