Opis

Classynt Schools gives a school everything it needs to run results, staff and students day-to-day — without spreadsheets or a paid SIS.

School setup

• School name, motto, address, contact details and logo
• Report accent colour and head teacher sign-off (signature image or name/date)
• Configurable per-term assessment components (e.g. CA1/CA2/Exam, or CA/Exam) and grading scale, with ready-made presets
• Sessions, terms, classes, sections and subjects

Student management

• Add and manage students, with automatic PIN generation for portal login
• Per-class sections

Student result portal

• Public shortcode: [classynt_result_portal]
• Students sign in with an admission number and a four-digit PIN
• Printable, print-optimised termly report card matching a standard school report layout: subject scores, attendance, psychomotor/affective ratings, class/head teacher comments, and more

Staff/teacher portal

• Staff sign in with a Staff ID and PIN — no WordPress user account required
• Teachers only see the classes, sections and subjects assigned to them

• Admin-controlled staff and assignment management, including per-section access restriction

• Assignments — teachers post work, students submit it from their own dashboard
• Announcements — school-wide or class-specific notices on the student/teacher dashboard

Classynt Pro adds:

• Promotion from one class/session to the next, with an optional pass-mark condition
• Per-session fee gate — mark a student’s session Paid or Outstanding, with the public portal blocking Outstanding results until settled, plus bulk fee-status controls per class
• Additional report card templates: Academic, Comprehensive, Progress, Competency and Transcript
• Result locking per session/term/class
• Audit trail of result changes
• Additional staff-management capabilities, including student add/edit and class promotion from the teacher dashboard

Additional Pro functionality is not included in this WordPress.org build.

External services

This plugin uses Freemius, a licensing and software-update platform, to manage optional license activation for the Pro version and (only if you choose to opt in) anonymous usage analytics that help us improve the plugin.

No data is sent to Freemius automatically when the plugin is activated. On first activation you’re shown a one-time opt-in screen with two options — “Skip” or “Allow & Continue” — and nothing is transmitted to Freemius until you make that choice. If you click “Skip”, no usage data is shared and the plugin works fully. If you click “Allow & Continue”, or if you later connect a license or account from the Account page, the following is sent: your site URL, WordPress and PHP version, this plugin’s version, and (for connecting an account) the name and email of the WordPress user connecting it. No student, teacher, parent, or school data stored by this plugin (results, attendance, admission numbers, PINs, etc.) is ever sent to Freemius or any other third party — all of that stays in your own WordPress database.
